Breast Lift (Mastopexy) A Sexual Enhancement Procedure

Female sexual enhancement may be defined as anything that enhances a woman's sexuality.  These would include any procedures that improve one’s self-image.  Procedures such as vaginoplasty, clitoral unhooding (hoodectomy), breast enlargement/augmentation, breast lifts, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), G-Spot Enhancement—all would be examples of frequent surgical procedures in this category.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)—
Also known as mastopexy, breast lifts are utilized to lift sagging in the breast or pectoral area of women, and to reshape the breasts.  Pregnancy and the subsequent increase in weight from carrying the unborn baby and subsequent milk production, adds to the toll taken on breast tissue.  Breast tissue and supporting pectoral muscles lose firmness as the skin is dragged downward.  Over time, the skin loses the ability to retract as elasticity is reduced.  Generally, not only are the breasts reduced in volume but as well, the areola (the dark skin around the nipple) is repositioned to reflect a concentric presence and normal appearance.  Breast lifts can be done in conjunction with breast enlargement to help fill out the pectoral area or to add to underdeveloped breasts.

If your surgeon elects to utilize a breast implant, they will create a pocket underneath the breast tissue on top of the muscle, or they may elect to place the pocket and implant under the tissue.  Both have a distinct “look” when done correctly and the surgeon will discuss each of these options with you before proceeding.
